Mike DelGuidice To Appear With Billy Joel on CBS, Friday, April 19, 2024 and Paramount+ for 100th - Live At Madison Square Garden Sold-Out Concert

Mike DelGuidice and the band will appear with Billy Joel for the 100th show at Madison Square Garden. The residency includes historic sold-out performances at The Garden. While the show was pre-taped on March 28, 2024, it aired on CBS on April 14, 2024. However, due to delays in programming, the show was abruptly cut short by CBS.

CBS will re-broadcast the concert on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 9pm EDT. Thereafter, the concert will stream in its entirety on demand on Paramount+.

According to Variety, “Billy Joel: The 100th — Live at Madison Square Garden” reached 5.7 million viewers on Sunday night. This makes the Joel concert the fourth-most-watched special of 2024, ranking only behind the Oscars (19.5 million viewers on ABC), the Grammys (16.9 million viewers on CBS), [of which Mike DelGuidice also appeared] and the Golden Globes (9.4 million viewers on CBS). It outpaced shows like the Emmys, which Fox aired to 4.3 million viewers in January.
