Trod Nossel Studios provides varying recording services to whet the palate of every type of musician and artist, from the novice, to award-winning talent. The nearly 1,000 square foot main room sets the stage for the ultimate in sound; a sound Trod Nossel has become famous for. Clients have recorded with the same instrumentation and the same songs, yet, they wonder why everything sounds so incredible as compared to recordings done elsewhere. Due to the optimum acoustics of the room, we have preserved this historic live room as it's been since the 60s, and continues to provide musicians with an unmatchable magic for anything recorded in it.
We offer the gamut of recording preferences, with almost a half century of analog recording experience, to be used in conjuction with many outboard options for effects, along with state-of-the-art technology of today, again, depending on the clients' taste. We have an extensive equipment list that spans back through over 40 years of original, impeccably maintained, vintage gear to give your project that truly unique, paramount sound that can only be obtained by using the real thing, as well as a collection of newer gear, top of the line digital eqiupment and Pro Tools HD plug-ins.
On the digital side, our expertise and experience spans well into the future with a foresight on what's to come with regard to technology, and our Pro Tools HD Mastering suite will provide that finishing touch that you would normally have to send your recorded project somewhere else for, or go to a mastering house to obtain. We do it in-house.
We are definitely a "one-stop shop." You can come to us with an idea, and from the first chord, to the finished, CD, shrink-wrapped package without ever leaving the building. Your project is our project. We're interested in your success as much as you are. While you're at it, enjoy wireless internet on your laptop, watch TV between takes, lounge out on one of our many couches or recliner while you sip complimentary Starbucks espresso, coffee, or assorted tea, or call for delivery of your meal from the many area food sources that have serviced our clients. We want you to feel at home to ensure your highest level of comfort, and in turn, promote your creative, aesthetic side for the best-sounding finished product possible.
