Trod Nossel Productions and Recording Studios, established in Connecticut in 1966, has been coined "one of the longest running recording studios in the world" by the media. It is a historic, professional recording studio and entertainment organization dedicated to servicing artists and clients involved in the music, advertising and broadcast entertainment arts.

It is our intention to enhance specific areas of audio and music production, promotion, and career development related to the achievement of prosperity for the artist. It is our purpose to provide artists and clients with an ethical, aesthetic environment in which valuable final product can be achieved and personal, collective and financial goals realized.


In the early 70s, Trod Nossel Recording Studios was the first to bring people into the studio to experience the recording process through the renowned Trod Nossel Concert Series, featuring acts such as Fleetwood Mac, Steppenwolf, Chick Corea and a host others (see client list). It was also broadcast live on WPLR. We have trained engineers and artists through our engineering courses since the early 70s, work programs, artist management and shadowing seminars (EFAD: Engineer For A Day™), most of which are now working in the region and/or running their own studios. We have launched many careers for many artists and musicians, local, regional and national, still enjoying success today.
