EXIT-48 RELEASES CD

Alex Kennedy (Guitar, Bass, Vocals), Craig Hellthaler (Guitar, Bass, Vocals), Dan Ebert (Guitar, Bass and Trumpet), and Garrett Poltack (Drums, Backup Vocals), aka, Exit-48 of Fairfield County, CT, just finished up and released their CD entitled, "Spread These Vibes." Their genre is a unique fusion of rock, reggae and surf; they have fun doing it, and it shows in their music.

The concept of Exit-48 did not happen in a faraway land as many tend to believe, but rather, in a college town named Keene, NH. Two roommates both discovered their similarities in music and dreamed of the day that they would be on the Warped Tour, performing for the masses.

Fast forward a few more years and the fledgling bandmates realized they had a passion for their respective instruments. Garrett "Gmon" Poltack reunited with his old roomate, Alex Kennedy, then with friends, Craig Hellthaler and Dan Ebert, and subsequently formed the band known as Exit-48.

The release of the CD, engineered, mixed and mastered by Chris Sellas, has garnered fan interest with their following pretty much quadrupling in just a week's time on sites such as Jango.
