JIVE/sONY ARTIST R. KELLY AT

TROD NOSSEL RECORDING STUDIOS

R. Kelly

Jive Records and Sony Music Entertainment recording artist, R. Kelly, paid a visit to Trod Nossel Studios last week to do some recording. For the better part of the 3-day stint, Trod Nossel staff and engineers Sunny Kelly, Chris Sellas and Justin Watson, along with engineer, Ian Mereness (Whitney Houston, Pussycat Dolls, Britney Spears, Snoop Dogg), literally worked around the clock so he could finish up some tracks for his upcoming release. In between sessions, he jumped on the tour bus with his entourage to perform at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods Casino in CT, only to return back to the studio right after to do more recording (joined by Tyrese who happened to be in Manhattan).

R. Kelly has been entertaining his audiences for over 18 years. From the tantalizing eight-times platinum R., to the Grammy-award winning anthem “I Believe I Can Fly,” to his hit single “I’m a Flirt” with Bow Wow that garnered a 2008 ASCAP Rhythm and Soul Music Award, R. Kelly is the essence of true R&B.
